St Bart’s Food Hub - Update
Thanks to your kind support we’ve helped over 250 people since the food hub opened. We’re keen to continue to make sure we align our support with what people need, so we have decided to amend our opening hours. Please note that from Saturday 24 January 2026 the Hub will be opening from 10:30 until 13:00. |
Update 31 October 2025
We have just published St Bart’s draft Parish Plan! You are able to read it from here.
The plan sets out priority actions we want to take in the areas of evangelisation, catechism and formation to help us deliver the spiritual mission of the Church and deepen our relationship with Our Lord Jesus Christ.
We would welcome your views and any volunteers who are interested in helping us implement the plan. Please Contact the Parish Office if you are interested in helping.

Spiritual Discussion Group
St. Augustine of Hippo is a Doctor of the Church and one of the most influential theologians in Western Christianity. To mark the election of our first Augustinian Pope, Leo XIV, the St. Bart’s Spiritual Discussion Group has created a short programme on the life of St. Augustine and his mother St. Monica. The programme starts on Thursday 28 August (St Augustine’s Feast Day) at 19:30, and will run for each of the following four Thursdays. All are welcome, even if you can’t make every session, and you can sign up here: https://tinyurl.com/HippoDoctor. |
Update 1 July 2025
Following our Parish meeting on 29 March, we’re making progress on several suggested actions to shape our Parish Plan for the coming years.
To move forward, we need your continued support. Since it’s hard to find volunteers for everything, we’re starting small - trialling a few ideas to learn and show what’s possible with more involvement.

Parish Walks
- We’ve tested one walk: after a weekday morning Mass, a group walked to the Rookery, enjoyed tea, and returned to Norbury
- Next steps: We’ll offer different days/times to suit more people
- Interested? Let us know and we’ll add you to the mailing list.
