MISSIO
St. Bart's parish plays a very active part in Missio.
Missio, formally known as A.P.F. (Association for the Propagation of Faith), is the Pope's official charity for overseas mission.
St. Bart's parish has been involved with Missio for a great number of years. At the moment we have 16 promoters together with a local secretary. 130 families in the parish have the famous Red Box in their homes where loose change is dropped in and collected four times a year. Some people also send money via direct debit. Missio magazines are given to each family.
If anyone would like to donate to this very worthy cause by either having a Red box in their home or contributing by direct debit please contact either the parish office or local secretary Cynthia Jouan 020 8679 8604
